As an ISG Certified Sommelier, there are many services I offer. I host Private and Corporate Tastings; I am able to Cellar build for those stocking a cellar full of age able wines; for restaurants I will put together a wine list for you to match your food offerings an more!
I would be pleased to act as the Sommelier for a formal dining event you are hosting.
I will arrive at your location one hour before the event with stemware, ice, ice bucket, wine and bread (for palate cleansing). The event will last approximately one and a half hours. We will go through a tasting lesson, some information about the wine we are trying, with an educational but casual approach. The wine tasting experience will be fun, casual and informative.
